Shipping

Plates: Styles 1 and 3 require take approximately 3 weeks to make. Each plate is hand lettered and requires sufficient time for firing, etc. Style2 plates are instock and available for immediate shipment. Shipments can be sent via UPS ground or overnight carrier. Other Items: Most items carried by Wedding Plate are personalized and therefore require 1 to 3 weeks of preparation time. Once items requiring personalization have been completed they can be shipped via UPS or overnight carrier. The same shipping options are available for items that are in stock.

Returns

Wedding Plate makes every effort to insure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied or if your item arrives damaged you can call Wedding Plate at (xxx) xxx-xxxx for an RMA number. Damaged items will be replaced on an expedited basis.

Personalization

Since most items are personalized it is the customers responsibility that inscriptions and dates are entered correctly. The Wedding Plate web site provides multiple opportunities to confirm inscriptions prior to placing the order.
